3 cups sour milk
2&1/2 cups sugar
1&1/2 cup melted butter
4 tsp amonium carbonate
and plain flour
Method
Mix all ingredients to a firm dough. Roll dough out to 5mm. Cook on a hotplate or in the oven 180-200oC for 10 mins or until golden. (Don’t worry about the smell – it won’t affect the cakes).
