1dl sugar
75g melted butter
150g plain flour
1/4 tsp cardimum
1/2dl water
Method
Beat egg and sugar together. Add flour, cardimum, water and melted butter. Mix carefully. Put 1tbs into griddle at a time and cook until golden. Roll into a tube or cone shape and store in an air-tight container.
