2 eggs
2dl sugar
160-200g descicated coconut
50g corn startch
1/4 tsp baking powder

Method
Seperate the eggs.  Beat eggwhite with sugar to a stiff merange.  Stir int he egg yokes one at a time.  Mix in coconut, flour and baking powder.  Use a spoon to dolop them to a baking sheet.  Bake at 180oC for 12mins or slightly golden.
