Goro Recipe
1&3/4 dl whipping cream
1 egg
125g sugar
500g plain flour
1 tsp cardimum
1 tsp vanilije sugar
325g dairy butter
Method
Whip the cream. Beat egg and sugar together and them ix in the whipped cream. Combine dry ingredients (save some of the flour for rolling). Crumble butter into dry ingredients and add to the egg and sugar mix. Leave to cool for at least two hours. Roll out dough to 5mm and cut into pieces the size of your griddle. Cook until lightly golden and crispy. Leave to cool on a wire rack. Store in an air-tight container or in the freezer.
