Norwegian Christmas Calendar
The Norwegian Christmas is filled with decorating, events, family, tradition and baking. There is a time set for each and preparations are often made quite early. As each day of the season turns, the Norwegian Christmas unravels into a long winter celebration of good food, good cheer and good company.
This Christmas season we will bring you a Norwegian Christmas Calendar of various traditional and modern Norwegian events and activities so you can prepare and celebrate your Christmas with Norway.
Each Norwegian city, town and community have their own take on the Norwegian Christmas. They celebrate in slightly different ways and have slightly different traditions which reflects the unique history and customs of the area. We will include in the calendar events and activities of our experience, things we have heard from other areas around Norway and things we have learnt about from the Nordmen.
This season we hope to bring you a very Norwegian Christmas.
