Walking on Water
We have about a knee-high layer of snow all over the farm. Sometimes it is thigh high so I have to remember where the drainage gullies and ditches are. But there is always someone who comes along who can show you up. I’m sure Lilu won’t stay lighter than snow forever.

A popular Summer activity in Norway is kayaking. The coast of Norway is dotted with thousands of little islands making the perfect conditions for a smooth paddle.
haha how fantastic
I love the snow, too bad we don’t get it here. ever.
That’s really cool!
Beautiful! Looks a lot like our farm! So I gotta ask you, is -30 F normal around your parts? We had a few days that way this winter and many of my Norwegian friends were saying it was colder than Norway…but they don’t live to close to the arctic circle.

This winter it has been normal for -20 C temps. On average Alta is about -12 C so this year has been extra cold. But good for the Northern Lights
. When it is cold the skies are clear so it is good for viewing Aurora.
Wow, that is -4 F. So funny! I wish we had Northern Lights – would make up for the cold!
