Cool pictures! It makes me want to visit Trondheim more than ever!
Cool, I assume they’re used for some system of guiding boats in. They look much nicer and more natural than the normal brightly coloured plastic buoy. Or are they for something else?

Yep – the canal has a two-way system – they guide the boats to stay on the right side of the canal. (‘Right side’ meaning ‘not wrong’…lol).
Me, too! (What Lisa said!)

It’s hard to decide when to come to Norway as the seasons are so dramatically different. In my opinion I think it is best to come twice – in Winter: snow sports, dog-sledding, aurora, etc; and in Summer: midnight sun, sun sports, boating, etc. But in practicality this can put a hole in your pocket.
Glad you liked Norway
I used to live in Trondheim – such a beautiful beautiful city! I miss it so much!
