The Road Home

You know that feeling. When you’ve had a hard day and you just want to escape. Finally the day is over and you start driving. The closer and closer you get, the more you start thinking about your plans for the weekend – doing absolutely nothing. You make your last turn. It is an old familiar sight – the trees, the fence, the house. Finally you are on the road home.
This is our road home every Christmas. It is the road that melts away all our troubles and welcomes us to family, food and good times.

How beautiful!
That is just awesome! Talk about beautiful…..
Enjoy your weekend.

very beautiful !!
I guess that road hasn’t changed much in 17 years.
As soon as I saw that photo, I was immediately a 19 year old again with very little Norwegian, kicking my spark up the road to your in-laws.
