I think Autumn is my favourite season in Norway – the weather is still warm here in Tromsø, the sunsets come down over the mountains again and the blueberries are ripe for the picking.

This season we will be bringing you selections of her recipes and cooking tips. Some are bizarre, others are hilarious, some are considered forgotten works of genius, and others have become standard festival meals in Norway.
Flower Show Series: Arctic Botanical Garden Selection – Tromsø
Nisse parties happen in many kindergartens, primary schools, church and community groups in Norway. They are a casual celebration of the julenisse (Christmas elf) tradition especially for children (but the big kids love them too).

So glad to see that you’re continuing the Norwegian version of this favorite one, Moose. I was so glad to hear back from L-Jay. I’m praying that she’ll feel good soon. I mentioned her on Heart Choices on my post called “Are you Teachable?”. She’s such a good example of someone who is open to learning so I couldn’t resist.
This is hilarious. Obviously the partridge fell out of the pear tree because she was so cold.
