Even weeds are beautiful in the Autumn light.

I can’t believe that’s actually a weed! I guess we can see beauty in everything, if we only look.
Moose just told me that if their sap gets on your skin it will weaken your skin and you can get third degree burns from the sun!! I’m stumped as to why he didn’t telll me that before I jumped off track into the weeds to take this pic!
I am like you, a foreigner in Norway. Although my origin is a bit closer than Australia; – Denmark.
I am married to a Norwegian, and I’ve lived in this glorious country since March 2005.
When you live in the north, I live in the east – Hedmarken.
Ever since I was a teenager, and saw this beautiful programme on TV about Tromsø, I’ve wanted to go there. And this Fall I will, although it’ll only be for a few hours while passing through on Hurtigruten. But I’m really looking forward to it.
You have wonderful pictures from Nordkapp, I can’t wait to go there as well on the same trip. Must be a magical feeling standing there, next to the Globe…
Writing on my own blog about being a Dane, living in Norway. Been doing so since 2007. Moved to blogspot last year, but still have a link to the old blog. Guess I like to inform other Danes about what a beautiful country Norway is, and that they have it right “next door”. Norway is such a big, big country, and have so much to offer. I am still amazed, and I have so much I want to experience myself.
Alta is one of the places I’d really like to go to, and preferebly together with my 11 yo son. We both have a thing about Aurora Borealis… Any good tips on which time of the year would be best to experience that?
About the Tromsø Palm; I saw this on Andøya, and know them best as “Bjørneklo” (Bears Claw) from Denmark. Can be a painful experience getting too near, yes…
Hope you’re enjoying the Summer. I’ll keep following your blog.
